Unless otherwise noted, all Family Health Services offices and clinics are closed on:

- Memorial Day - May 28th
- Indepedence Day - July 4th
- Labor Day - September 3rd
- Thanksgiving Day - November 22nd
- Christmas Eve - December 24th Open until 12 Noon
- Christmas Day - December 25th
